Pei Wenli, Professor/Doctoral Supervisor, School of Materials Science and Engineering, Northeastern University, Member of Jiu San Society, Deputy Secretary-General of Liaoning Institute of Applied Magnetism, Visiting Professor, National Akita University, Japan. He has rich teaching experience and has long been engaged in the research in the interdisciplinary fields of materials science, applied physics, applied chemistry and biotechnology. The main research directions are chemical preparation of nano-materials, high-performance magnetic materials, magnetic structure design and simulation. Presided over 4 general projects of the National Natural Science Foundation and participated in 5 projects; Presided over 1 national key special sub-project; Participate in one national key R&D and key research projects; Presided over a number of provincial and ministerial-level military projects.

Dr. Ma is a researcher and doctoral supervisor at the Institute of Metal Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Dr. Ma serves as Deputy Chairman of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Electromagnetic Shielding Materials, Council Member of the Metamaterials Branch (Chinese Materials Research Society), Member of the Smart Sensing Functional Materials & Devices Branch (Chinese Materials Research Society), Member of the Electromagnetic Composites & Applications Committee (Chinese Composites Society), Council Member of the Advanced Medical-Engineering Integration Technology Committee (Liaoning Provincial Society for Cell Biology), and a Leading Talent in Shenyang. Dr. Ma's research focuses on magnetoelectric properties of zero-dimensional nanomaterials and magnetoelectric topological properties of two-dimensional thin films.
